The Property Ombudsman (TPO) has a Code of Practice that we fully endorse and we stand by their rules, which we believe are an important benchmark for professional agency. They have ratified an industry standard which is approved by the Trading Standards Industry (TSI) who recommend the use of MyLocalServices as an impartial review site.
